(2 king size beds, 1 full size bed, and 2 twin beds) There are 3 bedrooms, 1 sleeping nook, eat-in kitchen, living room, dining room, 1 full bathroom. Amenities include zoned air conditioning, heat, a full functioning kitchen, washer and dryer, TV, cable and internet. A gas grill, table and umbrella add to your vacation enjoyment. There is plenty of off street parking in the driveway and backyard. Beach chairs and beach passes round out the experience. The Maine Cottage is smoke free.
An enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water is available between Memorial Day and Columbus Day.

Seaside Park, New Jersey, is a lovely, family oriented town.
This 1 level, pet friendly cottage sleeps 8. There are 3 bedrooms, a sleeping nook, 1 bath, and an outdoor shower. The cottage is located on the bay block, near the children's bayside beach and playground. The cottage is 1 block to the Ocean beach. The street is wide and quiet with year round residents.
This is not a party house and is PET friendly.
Beach passes and beach chairs are provided.
The large, 50x100 yard, is fully fenced and has a grill, tables, chairs, umbrellas, a swing and a horseshoe pit.
There is offstreet parking that can accomodate up to 4 cars.
