(2 king size beds, 1 full size bed, and 2 twin beds) There are 3 bedrooms, 1 sleeping nook, eat-in kitchen, living room, dining room, 1 full bathroom, and an additional enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Amenities include zoned air conditioning, heat, a full functioning kitchen, washer and dryer, TV, cable and internet. A gas grill, table and umbrella add to your vacation enjoyment. There is plenty of off street parking in the driveway and backyard. Beach chairs and beach passes round out the experience. The Maine Cottage is smoke free. Each week a pet is in residence requires a non refundable fee of $100. Evening sunsets over the Bay can be viewed from the property, and it is a short walk to either the children’s
